Here’s Major Details of DDA Housing Scheme September 2014:
- Application Form – Fee Rs.150 (Forms Available from 1st Sep)
- List of Banks where you can submit Application Form are – Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI, PNB, Syndicate bank, Indusind Bank, Union Bank of India, IDBI Bank, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, Corporation bank and Central Bank of India. You can apply in any branch of these banks.
- Applicant must not own any residential flat or plot in delhi, in their own name or in the name of their spouse or children
- One person can submit only one application | Both Husband and wife can apply but if both are successful, only one can retain the flat. | Any Citizen of India who is at least 18 years old at the time of filling application. |
- Last Date of Form Submission or Registration – 9th October | Draw Results on October 30th
- Registration Fee: Rs.1 Lac for general, Rs.10000 for EWS, (Submitted at the time of Application form submission)
- Documents Required – Aadhaar Card Number ( Not Mandatory), Pan Card is Mandatory

2014 DDA Housing Scheme – At the time of submission of Application form in a Bank only Pan Card or Aadhaar Card Number is Required. with Registration fees of Rs. 1 lac for general and Rs.10000 for EWS Category.
- Application Form duly filled.
- Undertaking duly attested by Notary Public/Magistrate Ist class.
- Affidavit duly attested by Notary Public/Magistrate Ist class.
- Indemnity bond duly attested by Notary Public/Magistrate Ist class.
- Copy of POA(S) along with Sale Agreement(Where application is made by attorney),duly attested by Notary Public/Gazetted Officer
- Proof of Physical Possession of the person in whose name the conversion is sought viz. copy of possession letter or slip/House Tax receipt/ration card/passport/driving license/I card etc. duly attested by Notary Public/Gazetted Officer.
- One attested passport size photograph and 4 attested specimen signature of the person in whose favour the Conversion is sought.
- Details/Proof of Payment of ground rent(If Any)
- Copy of Lease deed/sub-lessees deed/conveyance deed/allotment letter duly attested by Notary Public/Gazetted Officer.
- Copy of N.O.C from the mortgagee duly attested by Notary Public/gazetted Officer(If any)
- Scanned Copy of Initial/Monthly Installment challans paid.
